Green Bay Charter
Walleye fishing starts on the Bay of Green Bay tributaries in March, (Fox River, Oconto River and Menominee River). Once the ice clears from the Bay of Green bay we target large schools of hungry walleyes. 20 to 50 fish days are the norm with spring being the best time to catch that 28-33 inch trophy walleye.
June-July rolls around and these large schools of walleyes migrate to mid lake flats and reefs. Expect to catch a large number of 15 to 20 inch walleyes and the frequent 28-33 inch trophy walleye. August-November arrives and we start targeting trophy walleyes in the north part of Green Bay and Door County, walleyes in the 25-33 inch range are very common this time of year.
